I used half and half beef and pork, panko crumbs, and stopped at one egg, which I think was a great consistency. Doubled the sauce, which is what made the dish so awesome! Thank you again for inspiring me. Going to look at your other recipes now…. Ahhh the sauce!

I am so glad you two loved it as much as I did! I hope you make some more recipes and report back! OMG, it was delis! Tastes great and only had to cook about 10 minutes longer.

Easy Turkey Meatloaf. Instructions Preheat oven to degrees. Spray large casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a small bowl mix together remaining barbecue sauce, ketchup and Worcestershire Sauce.

Be sure to wash the spoon afterwards since it touched raw meat. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Notes There is no salt needed in this recipe since there is a lot of sodium already in the barbecue sauce. Cook, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.

Set aside to cool. In a large mixing bowl combine the egg, milk, bread crumbs, Worcestershire, mustard, and tomato paste. Stir until well combined.

Add the beef, cooled vegetable mixture, cheese, and reserved bacon. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix together by hand. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking spray. Form the meatloaf mixture into a log, about 6 inches long and 4 inches wide.
